Arsenal Pertimbangkan Rekrut Christos Tzolis dari Club Brugge

Klub Liga Inggris, Arsenal, dilaporkan tengah mempertimbangkan untuk mendatangkan penyerang sayap Club Brugge, Christos Tzolis, pada bursa transfer musim panas 2026. Langkah ini diambil sebagai bagian dari strategi manajer Mikel Arteta untuk memperkuat kedalaman lini serang Arsenal setelah berhasil menjuarai Liga Inggris dan menembus final Liga Champions.

Pemain berusia 24 tahun tersebut diproyeksikan menjadi pengganti potensial bagi Leandro Trossard yang gencar dikaitkan dengan kepindahan ke klub Turki, Besiktas. Selain Arsenal, pergerakan bursa transfer internasional juga diramaikan oleh AC Milan yang bernegosiasi untuk mempertahankan Luka Modrić, serta Manchester United dan Newcastle United yang memperebutkan bek Nottingham Forest, Neco Williams.

Tzolis memiliki catatan performa impresif dengan torehan 17 gol dan 18 assist dari 54 penampilan liga bersama Club Brugge, setelah sebelumnya mencetak 22 gol untuk Dusseldorf. Kendati dikaitkan dengan beberapa klub besar, pemain yang masih terikat kontrak hingga 2029 ini menegaskan fokusnya saat ini adalah menikmati masa liburan.

"I don’t know. It depends on Club Brugge. It’s not up to me to decide.

We’ll see what the best option is for me. It’s not just about the name. We also have to ask ourselves what the best project is." ujar Christos Tzolis, Penyerang Sayap Club Brugge dalam wawancara kepada DAZN.

Pemain bernilai pasar 40 juta euro tersebut menyatakan posisinya sebagai profesional yang menghormati kontrak berjalan bersama klub Belgia tersebut.

"Why not stay at Club Brugge? I have a contract until 2029. I’m a professional.

I have to respect my team. The team that pays me. I’m here to celebrate.

Then we’ll see about my future. It’s still early. Today, I have to celebrate.

I have a vacation." ujar Christos Tzolis, Penyerang Sayap Club Brugge.

Hingga saat ini, Arsenal terus mematangkan rencana transfer bersama Direktur Olahraga Andrea Berta tanpa mengganggu stabilitas tim utama mereka, sementara Club Brugge menunggu proposal resmi yang akan diajukan oleh peminat sang pemain.
