Parma Jamu Sassuolo pada Laga Pamungkas Serie A

Parma menjamu Sassuolo dalam pertandingan pekan ke-38 atau laga pamungkas kompetisi Serie A musim 2025/2026 di Stadion Ennio Tardini pada hari Minggu, 24 Mei 2026 pukul 15.00 waktu setempat.

Pertandingan bertajuk derbi Emilia ini mempertemukan dua tim yang sudah dipastikan aman dari jeratan degradasi, di mana Parma kini berada di peringkat ke-13 dengan 42 poin dan Sassuolo menempati posisi ke-11 dengan raihan 49 poin.

Pelatih Parma, Carlos Cuesta, menegaskan ambisi timnya untuk mengakhiri musim dengan kemenangan demi mengincar posisi ke-12 yang saat ini dihuni oleh Torino.

Guna menyiasati absennya deretan pemain utama tersebut, Cuesta memutuskan untuk mempromosikan sejumlah pemain dari tim Primavera untuk masuk ke dalam skuad pertandingan.

"We have even more motivation now than we did at the start of the season. We have the chance to finish the campaign with a win, on 45 points, and we hope to end it in the best possible way. It’s been a season with ups and downs and some difficulties, but we managed to achieve our objective. At the same time, we want to grow and improve – we’re not satisfied. The only thing that takes you to the next level is improving. I couldn’t be more motivated, both now and beyond the Sassuolo game. I love this profession, I love this game – my mentality is always the same. Di antara para pemain muda tersebut, penyerang Mikolajewski berpeluang kembali mendapatkan menit bermain setelah sebelumnya sempat mencatatkan dua penampilan bersama tim senior.

"Six Primavera players will definitely be in the squad: Mazzocchi, Mena Martínez, Plicco, Tigani, Cardinali and Mikolajewski. "As always, we approach games with an objective and the desire to win. Then you deal with all kinds of situations – heat, injuries – but there are no excuses. There is only the right approach, mentally, physically and tactically, and we try to prepare as best we can to reach that target. Is it entirely in our hands? No, it also depends on our opponents. They’re a very strong side who have had a fantastic season, but we want to focus less on that, and more on achieving our objective. The phrase that sums up the season? Being a team. The most important thing is being aware of what is needed at certain moments to express ourselves or do certain things on the pitch.
